| My father, Herman Haaziq, was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He had surgery to have the cancer removed. Two days after the surgery he passed from unknown reasons. His brother, Bob Hutchins M.D. started two scholarships. The Chaplain (Cpt.) Herman Haaziq Scholarships are awarded to students attending Tuskeegee Institute and Hampton University.
